IA semi-official statement ap.pea.rc in the Dageladet to the effect that German ships are daily seeking the protection of the Norwegian naVy in territorial waters, while the Germans in return, not merely .sink Norwegian ships, but seize vessels outside the' so-called danger zone. The Government intends to protest sharply.
