Mr. Bonar Law stated that the War pabinet has accepted the principle that each 'portion of the Empire, with duo regard to the Allies' interests, should give specially favorable treatment to the produce and manufactures of, other portions of the Umpire. Mr.; Outhwaite pointed out that Australia .was not represented. Mr. Bonar Law agreed, but said, that those present unanimously name to the above decision. ijHe added that the resolution left the food question open.
