RUA PERJURY CASES.
A STAY OF PROCEEDINGS. HAMILTON, Aiiiil 26. In the Supremo Court this morning, by direction of tho Attorney-General, a stay of proceedings was <aitered under section. 435 of the Climes Act in the remaining' charges of perjury against. Natives in connection with the Rua trial. This leaves it open to the Crown to l-einstato the charges it the subsequent events nan-ant action.
