Dunedin.—City Mayoralty—Clark (retiring Mayor) 8500, Green 0237. Lyttelton.—Mayoralty—W. T. Lester 601; Foster 401. J. J. Dougall was defeated for a seat on the Lyttelton Harbor Board. Napier.—Mayoralty—H. Hill (ex-scliool inspector) defeated -J. V. .-Brown. M.P., by 300 votes. The personnel of the Borough Council, Harbor Board and Hospital Board has been almost entirely changed.
