FRENCH OFFENSIVE. GERMAN VERSION. Loudon, April 21. A German wireless reports: Hie gradual increase of artillcrying between Loos and Arras on the Camrai railway continues. Troops representing aU tin; German peoples are performing heroic deeds hourly' under the heaviest fire, faithful and enduring to the death. In the mighty "battlefields of Aisno and Champagne wo repulsed attacks with severe losses, to the French and Russians. The French stubbornly attacked -'near Brave from Paissy plains far eastwards' of" Craonne and between Prosnes and Suippes. The French attacks at Chemin-des-dames and Champagne broke j down.
