IMPERIAL VJ/AR CONFERENCE. INCLUSION OF INDIA. Reuter Service. Received April 23, (1.55 p.m. London, April 22. The Imperial Conference unammoiiHly adopted a resolution moved by Sir R. Borden and seconded by Mr. W. F. Mii-:-Bey: "That the resolution adopted by the Imperial Conference in 1 ( J07 be modifled to permit of India being fully represented at all future Imperial Conferences, and that the necessary steps be taken to secure the assent of the various Governments to the next conference being constituted in accordance therewith. FLOUR AND WOOL. MILITARY NEEDS. Received April 23, 9.10 p.m. London, April 22. The Press Bureau states that after April 30 the food controllers will takeover all flour mills in the Kingdom where the whole output exceeds live sacks per hour. The \Vool Advisory Committee recommends, with a view to heavy military needs, that it will be necessary tn accumulate a considerable wool reserve. It therefore urges rationing manufacturers and spinners; also economising for tho civil trades by the use of substitutes, with no distribution of Government wocl or tops or auctions. Free wools should be allowed until after May. J 1
