REVOLTS AND RIOTS. . GERMANS EJ EVIDENCE. Received April 20, 9.25 p.m. Washington, April 19. It is reported from Buenos Ayrea that three States in Brazil have revolted, Germans leading the outbreaks. There are many anti-German riots in Rio de Janeiro. The Government censorship hides details.
