M Milinkoff informed Mr Frances that Russian Socialists did not want peace, but were anxious to promote revolutionary movements against tho Centril Powers. A NEW MOVE. | ATTAOK FROM BALTIC EXPECTED. Received April 20, 10.10 p.m. Petrograd, April 10. The General Staff communicates that the Germans are concentrating naval and military forces on the. northern front. Numerous transports arc assembled in Baltic ports. A, portion of the German Fleet left Kiel for Danzig, whence it proceeded to Dbau. It is opined that the Germans are concentrating a descent on, the rear of the Russian right flank in the neighborhood of the Gulf of threatening Petrograd. THE LABORITES.
