ON THE SEA.
BELGIAN RELIEF SHIPS. > SAFE CONDUCT VIOLATED. Received April 19, 11.28 p.m. Paris, April 18. The Belgian relief ships which were recently sunk outside the danger zqne, near the Dutch, coast, were provided with safe conduct. The French Government has requested the King of Spain to intervene.
