BRAZIL.
REIGN OF TERROR. . GERMANS ATTACKED. Router Service. Received April 20, 1 a.m. Rio de Janeiro, April 18. Mobs attacked 200 German houses in Porto Alegio and burned many, there being a number of casualties. The proprietor of a German hotel was fired upon by an anti-German mob, and a veritable reign of terror followed.
