The deputations had an enthusiastic Reception by. the President of the Congress of Workmen's and Soldiers' Delegates' Mr O'Grady, replying to the /president's welcome, said that henceforth Britain and Kussia would fight side by side for the destruction of the oppressor of the world, William Hohenzollern.
