Mr. E. J. Watt paid i) 00 guineas for a Willonyx—Morrow colt, and Mr. W. Duncan paid 700 guinca>. for a Bayardo—Retort colt. Untried stock' was submitted on behalf cf "Mr. Highdcn," of New Zealand. 'The fillieoi Pinafore and Teal brought 70 and !)0 guineas. On behalf of Mr. J. B. Rcid, Clamant, a Boniba—Flowery Speech colt brought 20.0 guineas. On behalf of Mr A. Mantel! the brood mare Terebinth brought 110 guineas. Mr J. B. Reid bought Coronata for 220 guineas. Valhalla and Silent Way, no offer; Maori Mat was passed in at 120 guineas; Fortune Hunter was passed in at (100 guineas; Celugo was passed at 700 guineas; Sydcan fetched 530 guineas, First Principal 330 guineas, Aurifcr 210 guineas, Common Law 450 guineas, and La Balfour 240 guineas.
