The Karu has been delayed in leaving Wellington, from which port she wifl sail for New Plymouth at noon to-day, arriving here to-morrow afternoon or Thursday morning. THE ROSAMOND. The Rosamond arrived here from Onehunga about 7.30 p.m. yesterday. Tun loading of the steamer, which takes eonie 4214 crates of cheese to Wellington, was somewhat hampered by the weather, and as a result the Rosamond did not leave for Wellington until 8 o'clock last night. ;.,.-•"' COLLIERS HELD UP ( As a result of the coal miners' strike tt Westport, several of the Union Company's colliers are being held up at the port (says the Dominion). The Karori, Kamona, Kittawa, and Poherua Jiave been at Westport for several days waiting foi; coal, but there is none available. The Karori is fixed to load there for Timaru, Oaniaru and Dunedin, and the Kamona and Kittawa for Wellington. It is very difficult to say when any of these vessels will get away.
