STATE OF THE PARTIES. NATIONALISTS HAVE STRONG MAJORITY. Austr>i]ian-N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, April 14. At the second ballots at Albury, Byron and Namoi the selected National candidates were elected, the Labour nominees being badly beaten. Received April Ml, fi.s p.m. Sydney, April 10. The two remaining second ballots for Gloucester and Wawkesbury were won by Independent Nationalists, This makes the final states of the parties:— •Nationalists, 53. Independent Nationalists, 4. Patriotic Labor League, 30. Of the soldier members at the front, three are Independents and are expected to support the Government. The soldier members belonged to the old Labor Party, but it is not known how voters will go in the new Parliament,
