THIRTEEN CHARGES AGAINST ONE MAX. THREE MOTOR CYCLES STOLEN. At the Wanganui Magistrate's Court the other day a young man named Percy Kricksen, alias Bowman, who is awaiting sentence on nine charges of theft had the following four additional charges preferred against him:— 1. On October 4th, 1910, at Wanga-t nni, he did break and enter the shop of Stanley Wilson, cycle agent, Ridgway Street, and steal a cash box and its eontents-'., containing £!) 15s 4d. 2. On November Oth, at Woodville, he did steal a Douglas motor cycle, valued at £SO. the property of Pethro Smith. 3. On November 13th, at Wanganui, he did steal a Royal Ruby motor cycle, valued at £3O. 4. On November IStli, at Sprevdor, he did steal a motor cycle valued at £4O, the property of Amos Leonard Stokes. Evidence for the prosecution was given by Stanley Wilson, Scnior-Scrgennt Simpson, of Dannevirke, Plain Clothes Constable Black, of Wellington, and several others. Accusal, on being formally charged, pleaded guilty to the first thre» cliarccs, and was committed to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence, fin the application of Senior Sergeant Rourke, who conducted the prosecution, accused was remanded to appear at Wellington on April ISth, on the fourth charge.
