BULGARIAN RIOTS. MANY CASUALTIES. Received April 13, 9.50 p.m. London, April 12. The Daily Telegraph's Athens correspondent reports that enormous crowds paraded the streets of Sofia, the Bulgars carrying real skulls and crossbones, "and denouncing King Ferdinand, Germany, and the war. The military often fired, and there were many casualties.
