THE EMPIRE.

A-PLEASING LASKY FEATURE,

"THE VICTORY OF CONSCIENCE."

Two of the most popular motion picture artists, to wit, Lou Tellegen and Cleo Ridgeley, appear at this .favorite Theatre to-night in, the- Lasky photoplay, "The Victory of Conscience." This paramount play is easily one of the best of the firm's productions, both as a story and in its technical perfection. After opening with a pretty and pathetic love story, it leads up through a series of sensational situations to a dramatic and tragic climax, in which two young lovers give their lives upon the battlefield for the honor and glory of France. There arc other supporting films well above the usual standard. Intending patrons are notified that this programme will only be screened to-night and to-morrow.
