INDEPENDENT LABORITES. ■DEMANDS AND DENUNCIATIONS. Received April 11, 5.5 p.m. London, April 10. The Independent Laborites demand that the Allies negotiate for a just peace. They also denounce the system of secret diplomacy, and have decided to formulate a programme to prevent war.
