TURKISH DESIGNS. CONVERGING MOVEMENT PROJECTED, i Received April 11, C.30 p.m. London, April 10. A Mesopotamia official mess'age States that the Turks were reported on the flth to be retiring at Kifri; and are now contemplating a converging movement In conjunction with the Turks on the left bank of the Tigris against the British between the Shatt-el-Ailhaim and Diala rivers, in the meantime holding up the Russians on the upper reaches of the Diala. Our troops were reported on the Bth to be in possession of the left bank of the Shatt-el-Adhaim. We capture 4 Belad and Harbe stations north-nortli-iwest of Bagdad.
