Two Italians, with a view to expiating their failure to repatriate and join the Army when summoned, carried out a daring burglary at the Austro-Hungar-liftn Consulate .at Munich, and secured hundreds of secret official documents. The Consulate is a long-standing centre from Whence the activities of the spies who are infesting Switzerland have been greeted.
