BREACH BY WELLINGTON PAPERS.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. ' Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court to-day tin publishers of the three city dailies we«. charged with a breach of the war regulations by permitting the name of an oversea ship to be mentioned in the report of a recent courtmartial proceedings. Counsel for defence contended the war regulations were ultra vires, but Magistrate Reid convicted and discharged defendants.
