OUR NATIVE LAND. Our Native Land! All glorious For thee we draw the sword, Britannia is our Goddess, Jehovah is our Lord,' Our God of Love and Righteousness, i His goodness ever tell. IWe praise Thee for this paradisa Wherein Thy children dwell.
Thy mountain, oh! New Zealand, Shall for ever stand Symbols of Thy mightiness.. As the ages fast expand, Dominion now, Empire vast, In near futurity, The land of-tew, the Sand of peace, Thou, Empress of the Sea!
Thy warrior sons, New Zealand, Have won immortal fame; May the spirit that im'.ued them
.inflame our hearts the same. Thy children they have wisdom, With, grace and strength of limb. We hold this land in keeping, For "The Everlasting King."
Thy '-Fiery Cross," New Zealand, Burns with blazing light. The "Cross and Stars," our standard
grand, We put thy. foes to flight. Oh! b'ountiful New Zealand, Our life from thee we draw, Thy homes are shrines of Freedom, Thy praise is heard afar. '
Our Native Land, all glorious, Dominion of the free, The mighty Empires of the earth
