Athens, March 28. ; Concerning the suppression of, the comitadjis, General Sarrail announces that certain armed comitadjis, including a Greek officer, have been captured and shot. He has given orders to shoot all irregulars. lie cannot allow thgse bands to remain,,as it is a question of the safety of the eastern army. RECRUITING CAMPAIGN. ALL POWERS TO BE USED AGAINST GERMANY. ' ■New York, March 28. The Navy League has opened a campaign to recruit 100,000 men for the pavy. Washington, March 28. President Wilson has conferred with the Oalbinet and considered his message to Congress. The New York World says that President Wilson and the Cabinet agreed that the United States should use all its power against Germany.
Now York, March 28. The Kronprinz Wilhelm prisoners admitted that bombs were made on the Interned ship Frederich der Grosse. One witness said the bombs caused fires on Allied ships on the high seas.
