GENERAL CABLES.
DAMAGES FOR BEING BOYCOTTED. Auatralian-N.Z. Cable Association. Received March 27, 8.45 p.m. Sydney, March 27. The Supreme Court awarded Mrs. Egan £450 damages against the Broken Hill Branch of the Amalgamated Miners' Association on a charge of securing her dismissals hotel cook. The case was a sequel to the late hotel employers' strike, when a number of non-union employees were boycotted.
