riiAJTIY BULGARIAN ATROCITIES. Corfu, March' 23. A co:T-e. i .por.uent forwards an authoritative statement of an investigation of the conditions in liberated Macedonia, .revealing ghastly Bulgarian atrocities. Police powers are placed in the hands of the local authorities, who proceeded to massacre the people over a wide area. Mayors, school teachers, and numerous others were killed with bayonets; one was burned alive. The 'committees blackmailed ind plundered all classes. HUN DESPOILERS.- N Petrograd, March 25. The Germans pillaged and ignited many Roumanian villages and part of the towns of Kalawaseh, Djurdjno and Orsoya. Children were murdered, women, outraged, and churches profaned.
