London, March 'A A French official report says that, for the week ended March 18 the arrivals of merchantmen of over 1&0 tons, excluding fishiftg craft, were 020 and the departures 914. MOEWE'S VICTIMS P London, March 2.1. r Admiralty information circulated by r the German wireless press shows that in < t addition to the ships sunk and captured { by the Moewe in the communique of j January 17, the following have also been sunk:—British and French: .Prince EdB die, Brecknockshire, Rhodanthe, Katherine Esmeraldas, Otaki, Demeteron, Gov- . ernor Jean; and the Norwegian Staut. a It is announced that the St. Theodore, previously cabled as the Defeddig, was sunk. Some of the above-named had been uninsurable for weeks past. Others had only recently sailed. GERMAN ESTIMATE OF ALLIES' LOSSES. New York, March 23. A Berlin message states that the Entente's losses in warships, including aux--1 iliaries, since the beginning of the war, total 850,000 tons.
