Wellington, March 22. At the Supreme Court the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) sentenced Timothy Francis Moloney to nine '.months' imprisonment for forgery. Robert Carlton Gray was sentenced to six months on each of two charges of theft, the sentences to be cumulative, l and the Chief Justice ordered him to be detained in prison at Invercargill for three years' reformative treatment; and for escaping from custody the same offender was sentenced to a further month's term, to be concurrent with tue other sentences. Duncan McMillan Roe, charged tfith theft, was sent to prison for six months.
