The Social Demoeraten states that several workers who have arrived from Petrograd report that there is still a great difference of opinion between the Duma and the Committee of Workers party. The most extreme Socialists are agitating violently. It is feared a new revolution will break out, as the extremists are agitating to bring the war to an end. All the garrisons in Siberia have now joined the revolution. A large number of Russian police attempted to enter Sweden, and have arrived on the frontier. The Provisional Government also arrested Sajiff, chief of the Holy Synod, and Kokovzov, a former 'Premier. London, March 21. The Daily Chronif le has received a message from the editor of the Moscow newspaper Russky Uvycdmosti, statin? that M. Rodzianko's first step as chairman of the Executive Committee was to communicate with General Alexieff, the Grand Duke Nicholas, and Generals Russky and Brussiloff. All replied immediately, acknowledging the new Government. Only hereafter did the executive take over the Government. General Alexieff has been instructed to •place a detachment to guard the Czar at the disposal of four members of the Duma, who have been sent to Moghilef, ;where the Czar now is. The Duma sent doctors to attend the Czarina and her children, who have been 'deserted by their friends and bereft of medical attention.
