URENUI FATALITIES.

MISSING SETTLER FOUND. The remains of Mr. Bert. Rowe, son of the late Mr. C. D. Bowc, of Urenui, were found on Tuesday hanging from a tree in a gully near the township. Mr. Kowe, who was 26 years of age, lud been missing since a fortnight before Christmas, but no cause is known for ms death. An inquest will be held at Urenui to-day.

A CHILD KILLED. The four-year-old son of Mr, George Baker, of Mimi, ran in front of the mail motor-car as it was passing his parents' house on Tuesday, and was killed instantly. From reports received no blame was attachable to the driver. An inquest will held to-day.
