JtESULT OP HAPPENINGS IN . RUSSIA. Received March 21, 11 p.m. London, March 21. A wireless Zurich message states that tile Russian revolution has created an agitation in German working class circles, culminating in riots. Several workshops in Leipzig were closed. A rerions demonstration and strikes are imported. Troubles also occurred in Dresden and Munich. The authorities are taking prompt measures to cope with the situation. Landwehr regiments have been sent to Leipzig and the work-ing-class towns, where the troubles are becoming acute.
OFFICIAL REPORT. Admiralty, per Wireless Press. I Received March 21, 5.15 p.m. London, March 20. A German' official report states: Cavalry engagements have taken place in the abandoned districts on both sides of the Somme and Oise, with heavy enemy losses. We repulsed violent attacks on the left bank of the Mense. We brought down thirteen aeroplanes in nine days.
