EXTERMINATING ROUMANIANS. United Service. Received March 21, 5.15 p.m. London, March 20. It is stated that the Germans arc methodically starving and extermimting- the Roumanians. Already tens of thousands of soldiers have been killed and 150,000 wounded. BULGARIAN REPORT. Received March 21, 5.5 p.m. London, March 20. A Bulgarian communique states:—We reputed an attack between Lakes Ovida and Prespa and the east end of Prespa.
