The .annual meeting of tiie Associated Chambers of Cortimeree adppted the following post-war commercial proposals: Restriction of enemy traders within tlie Empire, pt>na!ising enemy shipping, the retention of all German ships in the possession of the Allies, end tho replacement by the enemy of all destroyed ships.
