BOROUGH- OF NEW .PLYMOUTH. DAZZLING LIGHTS ON VEHICLES. *£HE following provisions of "The Lights on Vehicles Act, 1915," are published for general information. After requiring that all vehicles on any public highway shall be provided with proper lights during tlie period between half an hour after sunset and half an hour before sunrise, the Act further requires that—"ln providing such light care must be taken that the light exhibited shall not be of such dazzling brilliancy that it, will affect the vision of drivers of vehicles approaching from the opposite direction."
