THE AVIATION QUESTION. THE WAR MINISTER RESIGNS. Received March 16, 10 p.m. Paris, March 16. The Deputies discussed the aviation question in secret, and then publicly considered the various resolutions, including a vote of confidence in the Government to secure the closest coordination between the various air services and intensify all forms of aerial warfare. General Lyantey, Minister of War, said it would be preferable to await the result of the measures taken before deDating them. He refused to pursue the subject at the subsequent public sitting, at which the resolution was carricu. General Lyantey thereupon resigned.
