Tin appeal of his brother, Joseph Brophy, but-ter-maker, was dismissed, appellant not appearing. the following appeals were dismissed: —James Davidson, mechanic, Gill street, X'ew Plyomouth (withdrawn); George Ackland, dairy farmer, Tarikl (no appearance); James David Rock, Gill street, Nc.v Plymouth (no appearance); A. T. Sampson, class C2 (withdrawn;. Chas. Kendall, farmer, Omata (Mr A. B. Johnstone, appealed on thq grounds of undue hardship. He mid lie held a leasehold farm of SI and was; milking 17 cows by hand.
