i PRESS INJUNCTION'. ' Auitralian-N.Z. Cable Association, •Received March 14, 9.5 p.m. Sydney, March 14. The Equity Court granted the Times, United Service and Reuters interim injunctions restraining the Independent Cable Association and Thomas Temperley from infringing, as alleged, tlieir copyrights. Plaintiffs' affidavits stated that Temperley admitted personally copying the Sun's cables for transmission to a certain paper. A recent employee of the defendant association alleged that he personally heard Temperley instruct employees to copy the Sun's cables and transmit to papers. The judge admitted the similarity in the phraseology of the specimens submitted. A NEW INDUSTRY. Sydney, March 14. The Federal Government's permission is being sought) for:the formation of a company to export 'arge quantities of horse flesh for consumption in Britain and France.
