MISSING, RIFLES TURN UP. BLOCKADE NOT YET LIFTED. Eeceived March 14, 7.45 p.m. London, March 14. The Daily Telegraph's Athens correspondent says the Government communique states that the missing 91,000 rifles have been discovered and handed over. If true, there are no rifles now outside the Peloponnesus, except those held by the troops authorised to remain in continental Greece. The outstanding questions include the police, postal and telegraphic controls, and the payment of an indemnity to the yenizelists
GERMANY ADHERES TO SUBMARINING. Received March 14, 5.5 p.m. Pekin, March 13. 'A German note has been deliver";! stating that Germany is unable to alter its submarinism, but that every care will taken of Chinese life and property.
