FINED £SO FOR SEDITION.

At the Magistrate's Court, Mi) Eaivsnn, S.M., delivered judgment on the charge of seditions utterance against Michael Francis Citsack, in connection with the strike of the freezing chamber hands at Horotiu last month. Cusack was fined £SO and costs £4 9s Od, in default three months' imprisonment. One month was" allowed for payment.
