Briefly, the story shows Steve O'Dare, a rich young man, who has lived for some time on his Nevada ranch, and becomes a full-fledged "buckaree," returns to New York for a visit.' After a week of New York gaiety, he is bored, stiff, and tells his friends that there is not a thrill in Manhattan. A wager is made, and Steve finds plenty of adventure very quickly. He receives a note from Count MarinoA" to whom he has sold stock and goes to the Jiouse. Here he receives a note from the Count's beautiful ward that she is in dreadful peril. On attempting to save her, he is bound andj gagged by the Count's butler. After more adventure he is released, and his friends explain that they have provided him with the promised thrill.- Just here four of Steven's cowboys arrive, and with their aid the tables are. speedily turned on the jokers. "Manhatten Madness" will be screened to-night, at the matinee to-morrow, and for the last time to-morrow night.
