RESIGNATION OP CABINET, Stockholm, March 7. Following a series of vigorous attack; on the Premier since January 1, Cabine has resigned. The last incident wa the reduction of the Government gran for the defence of neutrality. The con stiiution of the new Cabinet is uncer tain, The King has been appealed to The Bageus Nyheter understands tha differences between the Premier and Fo reign Minister caused the resignation o the Cabinet.
