TERRITORIAL CAMP.
The whole of the 11th (Taranaki) Regiment are now in annual training at Waiwakailio. The regiment, whose ranks have been depleted owing to enlistments, mustered 500 strong. Lieut. Colonel P. J. Bellringer is officer commanding, and he is assisted by Lieut. Crutch. The camp is being favored with excellent weather, nnd good work It being done in connection .with the training of the men. Fifteen per cent, of the men are given leave nightly, and the remainder take advantage of the facilities offered in the C.E.M.S. for recreation purposes. Arrangements are being made to hold a concert in the tent tomorrow evening. Anyone willing to assist is asked to communicate with. Mr J. G .List, of the News office. On, Sunday morning a church parade, in which the Citizens' Baud will take part, will be held. In the afternoon the camp will be thrown open to the public, and tho Citizens' Band wilj play & prp' graisma of musio, ". -••',<• '"
