than the capital values of the properties of the Ratepayers who do not consent, the Taranald County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that, for the purpose of forming and metalling the Lower Pitone Road the Ti»ranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Special Loan of £IOOO at 4 1 /. per cent, per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half years, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the year's interest of the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. The Special Eating Area over which the Rate is to be charged as security for the Loan is Part Sections 0, 14, 24, 15, 19, Section S of 34, 6 of 8, 7 of 34, Pt. 26, 4, 5 of 8 and 27, 4, 5 of Part "20, 1, •2 of 4, and 11, Block 2, Cape Survey District.
