The following is the result of the sale of tho Education Reserve leases held at the Lands Office, New.Plymouth, on Friday:—'Section 150, New 'Plymouth, Ir. Bp., lipset annual rent "£6, sold at £0 to Mrs. E. E. Lawrence; sections 803-8, 818, parts Sl7 and 821, New Plymouth, la. 2r. 2i)p„ upset annual rent £lO, sold ,ftt £ls to L. L. Langridge; section 1291, Xew Plymouth, lr., upset annual rent £4, sold at £4 to B. Byrn; sections 151)4 and 15515, New Ply mouth, 2r. 2p., upset annual rent £l,, sold at £1 10s to F. H. Watts; section 5, block V, liuiroa, 2r: Op., upset annual rent £l. sold at £1 to J. A. Stanford. Sections 152-155, town of New "Plymouth, were not sold, and remain open for lease.
