TENDERS FOR LEASING. f'ENDERS are invited under Section 57 of the Schedule to the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1832, for the purchase of the lease of Sections 2, 3 and 4, Koru Town Belt, Block 11, Wairau Survey District, containing 74 acres 3 roods 16 perches, for a term of 21 years from August 10, 1916, with right of perpetual renewal as provided by the said Act. The land is at present in occupation by Mr. Frank Aroa, of Koru. The successful tenderer must take over .the improvements on this property at the valuation fixed bv arbitration--£l7O.
