TURKEY.
AMERICAN RELIEF SHIPS. ASSURANCE FROM TURKEY. Reuter Service. Received Feb. 22, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Feb. 21. Turkey assures the American Ambassador of its willingness to waive all restrictions regarding the departure of a thousand Americans frofu Beirut and guarantee American relief ships against interference by Turkish submarines. The Government is inquiring what measure of security will be afforded by the Austrian and German submarines.
