IMPERIAL PREFERENCE.
THE BROAD 'PRINCIPLE ACCEPTED. Received Feb. 22, 12.55 a.m. London, Feb. 21. The Daily Express states that all parties are forced to agree that Imperial preference is desirable. It may make difficulties in the framing of trade relations with, the" Dominions and Allies, but the broad principle is now accepted.
