GERMAN EFFORTS AT'DOMINANCE. GUNS Olf- NEWEST PLANES. United Service, Received Feb 20, 6.30 p.m. Paris, Feb. 10. Air fighting is steadily being intensified. The Germans evideinry intend to make a, great effort to prevent Anglo- - French dominance in the air. They claim to have fitted fi*? or sry machine guns to the newest war planes, which arc sufficiently fast to cross the Atlantis in 24 hours.
