COUNTY OF TARANAKL SPECIAL ORDER, AUTHORISING RAISING OF LOWER PITONE ROAD SPECIAL LOAN OF £l,OllO. TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section "HI, "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Lower Pitone Road Special Rating Area, in the County of Taranaki, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the said Special Rating i^n the capital value of whose proper appearing in the valuation roll of the 98 id Rating Area is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the Ratepayers who do not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that, for the purpose of forming and metalling the Lower Pitone Road the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising cf a Special Loan of £ WOO at l'/a per cejnt. per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half ycara, ( and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest of the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. The Special Rating Area over which the Rate is to be charged as security for the Loan is Part Sections 0, 14, 24, 15, 19, Section S of 54, 6 of 8, 7 of 34, Pt. •2G, 4, 5 of 8 and 27, 4, 5 of Part 26, 1, 2 of 4, and 11, Block 2, Cape Survey District.
