HEUFJLNU THE WAR PEAISBWORTjHY PATRIOTISM. Eeuter Service. Delhi, Feb. 17. •The war economies include the curtailment of the railway services to the extent of 700,000 train miles monthly. The directorate the woollen mills has returned to the Government £23,000 •—its estimated extra war profits, and is investing its reserve of £200,000 in British and Indian war loans. The new department organised for tne purpose of mobilising industrial and natural resources promises to have important results, including a large output gf munitions.
