Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for east to south-easterly winds, strong to gale, northward of Kawhia and East Cape, and freshening northerlies and easterlies elsewhere. Weather squally, with rain probable in northern and east coast districts of North Island, and fair to cloudy conditions elsewhere. The barometer lias a falling tendency.
